In a total of 16 friendly internationals for England under Fabio Capello, France did the double on the Whites following a 2-1 win at Wembley last month.

The other France-England friendly with Italian Capello in charge of the Three Lions was played in Paris on March 26, 2008. On that occasion, David Beckham won his 100th cap for England but his team went down 1-0.
