A driver and his three passengers, all foreign, were hospitalised this evening following a traffic accident between their vehicle - a Nissan March and a Leyland Cruiser.

The crash took place at about 8.20 p.m at Xatt l-Ghassara tal-Gheneb, Marsa.

The Leyland Cruiser was being driven by a 42-year-old man from Naxxar whilst the other driver and passengers have not yet been identified, the police said.
