The Fort Cambridge residential development had been marketed in Shanghai as part of a marketing drive by GAP Developers.
The consortium said a series of successful meetings had been held with a number of large corporations, which resulted in interesting business leads. Delegations from China are expected to visit Malta and Fort Cambridge in the coming months.
“With foreigners having already acquired over 50% of the available residences, this focused and well planned foreign marketing strategy has continued to increase demand from the four corners of the globe. This is a further testament to Fort Cambridge’s overall qualities,” said GAP Director Paul Attard.
The Fort Cambridge Project comprises 341 residential units of which 67% have already been sold. The development is now in its final stages and on target for completion by the second half of next year.
Work is currenty focused on to the 13th floor of the east block, whereas the finishing of the south block has now reach the 9th floor.
