• The Centre of Ignatian Spirituality is holding a workshop in Maltese on the Intensive Journal from Sunday at 6 p.m. to July 16 at 5.30 p.m. at Mount St Joseph retreat house, Targa Gap, Mosta. It will be facilitated by Fr Reno Grech, SJ. The Intensive Journal comprises a structure and techniques aimed at helping people gain a deep personal knowledge of themselves so as to grow more fully. It leads users through a set of structured written exercises that help draw the many parts of their life together into an integrated whole, including events in their history, people who matter to them, their body and work, society, their dreams, images, emotions and beliefs .
