The Żurrieq parish choir is celebrating its 52nd anniversary with a thanksgiving Mass at St Catherine's parish church on Sunday at 6 p.m. After Mass, the choir will sing its hymn composed by Fr Michael D'Amato with verses by Fr Frans Camilleri.


The Sliema Stella Maris Band is organising a band march around the streets of the parish on Sunday morning. Mro Michael Pulis will conduct the band.


The Richmond Foundation is holding its next self-help group meeting at 16 Antonio Agius Street, Floriana, on September 3 at 5.30 p.m. Every month, self-help group meetings are being held for people who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
