I would like to congratulate Peter Busuttill, Pino Schembri and all of the crew and actors the took part in the production of Għażiż Francis for such a wonderful performance. It was such a brilliant evening. The setting and backdrop of this production, being the internal courtyard of Auberge de Castille, heightened the experience. The producers should be lauded for such an unforgettable experience. The play progressed seamlessly as the actors cleverly narrated Francis Ebejer's life through a series of sketches extracted from his works. This proved to be really effective since it felt like being completely immersed in his life. It was such a shame that only a handful of people attended the first sitting since it was a deserving tribute to one of Malta's greatest playwrights.
