By running monthly audits, compliance reports and spot checks Cristal International Standards are able to ensure healthy and safe hotel environment both for the hotel’s guests and employees.

A long process requiring teamwork, vigilance and consistency

Meeting the Cristal International Standards takes constant efforts as well as implementing and maintaining stringent procedures. The quality manager of the hotel together with the executive chef worked effortlessly for this important certificate. 

Achieving the certificate was a long process requiring teamwork, vigilance and consistency. Every month an auditor from the Cristal International Standards is visiting the hotel as a mysterious guest and is doing a food check audit. The first criteria for being certified is to achieve a high percentage score for three consecutive months.
