Companies may be blacklisted for between six months and two years if they breach public procurement or employment law in a measure aimed at guaranteeing decent conditions for all workers.

A Commercial Sanctions Tribunal was recently established within the Finance Ministry.

Employers who resort to precarious employment practices will find an unwavering response from the government, the ministry said.
