Marsa Council has called on the authorities to complete road works ahead of the feast of the Holy Trinity.

The council said in a statement that Triq Patri Felicjan Bilocca was supposed to have been tarmacked by Transport Malta by May 7, giving enough time for the feast preparations to be carried out.

The feast is this year being celebrated between May 28 and June 3.

But to date, the road has not yet been tarmacked and feast preparations could not get underway, the council said.
