Finance Malta this morning launched a series of investor guides designed to give international investors a detailed insight into the island's key financial services sectors.

Each of the five guides focuses on a specific sector: wealth management, credit and financial institutions, trusts and foundations, insurance and pensions, and investment funds and asset management.

Designed as a key tool in the promotion of Malta's international finance industry, the magazine-style publications will help to generate or attract new business in these sectors. They will be particularly useful to financial services professionals and industry associations interacting with potential investors.

Complete with a QR code, each guide presents key information on a sector in an attractive and comprehensive way. Featured information centres on regulation and oversight, service providers, the tax regime, business environment, and lifestyle.

Finance Malta has designed the guides based on feedback from its members and in collaboration with partners in government, the regulator and various associations. They were produced by Country Profiler Ltd.

Using the regulatory, economic, legal and technical information in the guides, investors at all levels will be able to examine the potential of the Malta offering and make the necessary comparisons with other jurisdictions.

Finance Malta has printed 2,000 copies of each guide and the information should be valid for two years. The guides are also downloadable at financemalta.org .
