Work is starting on Monday on the final phase of the regeneration project of Antoine De Paule Square in Paola.

Access to all vehicles from the part of the square which leads to the crossroad with Luqa Road, Tarxien Road and Palm Street will be completely closed for about two months.

Although this part of the square will be closed for vehicles, it will still remain accessible to people, and there will also be access to shops, while loading and unloading can still take place.

There is going to be also a dedicated access to the Paola Health Centre, the government said.
