Sixteen films will be screened during the 20th edition of the National Cinema Day on Saturday.
KRS Releasing Ltd, which organises the event annually with the collaboration of cinemas in Malta and Gozo, selected the films with the aim of satisfying all tastes. The nature of the films include action adventure, thrillers, comedy, animation adventure and sci-fi.
The films being shown are: Terminator Genisys; Minions; Entourage; Big Game; Jurassic World; Two by Two: Ooopps – The Ark Has Gone; Pitch Perfect 2; Spy; Spooks: The Greater Good; San Andreas; The Age of Adaline; Tomorrowland: A World Beyond; Mad Max: Fury Road; The Avengers: Age of Ultron; Fast and Furious 7 and The Longest Ride.
The shows will be offered at the discounted price of €3.50 for normal films and €5 for those in 3D. Screenings in Malta run from 9am till late and in Gozo they start at 5.30pm.
