Fenech & Fenech Advocates has won the Intellectual Property Advisory Excellence In Malta award as part of Corporate International Magazine's Global Awards 2010.

Corporate INTL is a business publication with international distribution which provides its readers with a unique insight into the financial and legal world where key issues of the day are discussed as well as featured in up-to-date commentaries on a host of practice areas.

Every year, the publication organises legal awards for law firms all over the world, divided by category. Its research department conducts extensive reviews, draws insight from business leaders throughout the world and receives recommendations over the year with a view to produce a shortlist of firms per category.

Over the last decade, Fenech & Fenech Advocates has focused energy and momentum into building an Intellectual Property Department consisting of lawyers specialised in the field who have a firm grasp of the different legislative regimes and of the risks and benefits associated to each sector. The department is complemented by other specialist departments such as tax advisory, ICT, data protection and litigation.

The Intellectual Property Department at Fenech & Fenech Advocates is manned by partners Nicolai Vella Falzon and Antonio Ghio and associate Jeanine Rizzo.
