St Joseph Band Club opened its doors to the public during an Open Day last Sunday, which included an exhibition of band instruments. Mgr Ġużeppi De Piro, the band’s founder, donated some of these instruments in 1928.

Many took the opportunity to view ongoing works on the formal committee room, which will host the musical archive.

Music and dance performances were held in the evening. The exhibition remains open until today. Picture shows band director Mro Sunny Galea (centre) showing some of the exhibits to guests.
