An art exhibition is being held at the Cittadella Cultural Centre, Victoria, throughout this month in aid of a project aimed at building houses for poor Filipino families living in inhumane conditions.

The exhibition is organised by the Mission Fund on the initiative of Sr Annie Catania, a missionary nun in the Philippines.

Five houses have already been constructed as part of the project thanks to the generosity of benefactors, but eight more still need to be built.

The art exhibition at the Cittadella Cultural Centre, Victoria, is open throughout November from 9am to 5pm, including Saturdays and Sundays. Entrance is free. For further information call the Mission Fund on 2141 3664.
