Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria and her French NBA star husband Tony Parker have finalised their divorce, a spokesman said.
The marriage was formally ended in a Texas courtroom, the spokesman for Mr Parker told celebrity magazine People, after the court hearing was reported by the TMZ website.
Ms Longoria, who married Mr Parker in a lavish French chateau ceremony in 2007, foiled a divorce in November, citing “irreconcilable differences” amid reports that Mr Parker had been unfaithful.
Ms Longoria and 28-year-old Mr Parker, who is one of the top European players in the National Basketball Association, signed a pre-nuptial agreement a month before their wedding, updated two year later, according to People.
The 35-year-old decided to divorce Mr Parker after finding text exchanges with the wife of one of his former San Antonio Spurs teammates, Brent Barry, People magazine and TMZ reported at the time.
