This includes extended hours of service for the more popular summer destinations, including Marsalforn, Xlendi and Dwejra, as well as shuttle services and added trips on routes connecting Mgarr, Victoria and various other localities.

Extra bus trips will be offered on Route 306 connecting Xlendi to Victoria with a service every 45 minutes. The services will be extended with a last trip from Victoria to Xlendi at 11.55pm and a last trip from Xlendi to Victoria leaving at 12.07am.

On Route 310, connecting Victoria and Marsalforn, the bus services will be extended to run from 8.15am until 12.15am with buses leaving every 30 minutes throughout the day. The bus services on Route 311 will operate every 30 minutes during the peak hours of demand - between 10.40am and 7.40pm.

Malta Public Transport said it was already operating extra bus services on route 301, connecting Mgarr Harbour to Victoria. Bus services on this route are operated in coordination with the arrival of the Gozo ferry in Mgarr and extra trips are offered as needed.
