The employers association has elected Joshua Zammit as its new president, succeeding Pierre Fava.

Having been connected to the Malta Employers’ Association for the past six years, Mr Zammit is a human resources practitioner with 13 years experience in both public and private sectors. He also trained as an organisational psychologist obtaining a Masters degree from the University of Hull in the UK.

He works with a pharmaceutical company and, over the past years, Mr Zammit was involved in consultancy work, teaching and speaking both locally and internationally.
