Seven years ago, the Bicycling Advocacy Group first met Transport Malta with a tentative framework national cycling policy and, as far as I am aware, they are still awaiting the document on the basis of which all infra should be designed and a policy framework outlined. This can only be described as a national embarrassment and in any other business someone would have been quietly let go.

As someone who committed time and effort to attend those first meetings, I feel that questions, no matter how embarrassing, need to be asked.
