Notte Bianca – Lejl Imdawwal will be held for the fifth time on September 25 and 26 in Valletta, with a variety of events throughout the two nights.
One of the highlights will be a fashion show called Don’t Waste Be Fashionable, where handmade dresses, costumes, bags and accessories made out of recycled materials will be exhibited.
The 10-minute show will take place at various times and locations around the city and is part of this year’s Notte Bianca Goes Green campaign, which will include a rural village set up in Independence Square.
Addio del Passato, which will be on between 6 p.m. and 3 a.m. at St John’s Cavalier Centre for Creativity, is a theatre installation project based on the story of the internees during World War II.
Also on at St James will be His Chair, an exhibition involving seven innovative artists coming together to display interactive photography and video.
These are but few of the vast range of attractions on offer at the annual event, such as dance, music, theatre, busking, guided walks on various historic themes and public buildings on view.
