Malta University Services Ltd (MUS) in collaboration with the Department of Management will be repeating their successful and well patronised three-day course in "Effective Project Management" aimed at project managers working in R&D, construction, shipbuilding, corporate planning, systems development, financial institutions, IT or new product development.

By the end of this intensive three-day course, delegates will be able to describe an integrated approach to project management, identify how the traditional elements of the project management body of knowledge provide the tools and techniques of this approach, use the approach and associated techniques to manage projects effectively to achieve their business objectives in time and within budget constraints.

This highly participative programme, scheduled for April 1-3, will be conducted by Professor Rodney Turner who is a director of PSO Projects, a UK-based firm of management consultants and director of the Project Management Programme at Henley College.
