Suzanne Gatt, a senior lecturer at the University's Faculty of Education, will on November 18 take part in a conference at the European Parliament to present findings from research conducted by the University on educational and social actions that have successfully increased the efficiency and equity of educational and social policies, such as employment, housing, health or political and social participation.

The conference forms part of the 'Strategies for inclusion and social cohesion in Europe from education' (Includ-ed) project, the only FP6 integrated project on compulsory education.

MEP Simon Busuttil will also address the conference.
