The Unesco national commission and the office of the President today launched a DVD about San Anton Palace.

The DVD shows San Anton in its full glory – historically, architecturally and artistically. It is instructive, educational, aesthetically, and user friendly.

“It is in various ways an epitome of Europeanity, which over the centuries came to be concentrated within and without these walls, from the early 17th century onwards,” Unesco national commission chairman Henry Frendo said.

Reuben Grima and George Borg explained how the virtual tour works technically by way of a commentary about the project.

President George Abela thanked the commission for the project and expressed his best wishes to all women on the occasion of Women’s Day.
