The Grid Assault Course was held on Saturday, the first of its kind in Malta. It started at the Armed Forces Assault Course in Pembroke and involved a 15km run over various terrains with some challenging hills.

There were more than 30 obstacles on the course, some natural obstacles and some man-made ones, including haystacks, monkey bars, hurdles, large walls and high jumps.

Organisers said that €5 from each €70 admission fee would go to the Raise Foundation to help people in need.
