The 16th edition of Ħad-Dingli – Ħidma Agrarja u Tradizzjonijiet (Dingli – Farming and Traditions) is to be held tomorrow in Buskett, limits of Dingli.
Local produce will be exhibited and available to be bought throughout the day, starting from 8am. There will also be several shows and attractions. There will be a children’s area, petting area, food stalls, sheep and goat competitions, falconry, a dog show featuring the local kelb tal-fenek and kelb ta’ Malta and poultry and pigeon shows.
The council and other entities will organise guided heritage trail tours around Buskett Gardens.
For access to Buskett, a free park-and-ride service in a traditional Maltese bus will be offered from Dingli every 30 minutes, and from Rabat next to Domus Romana every 60 minutes. Alternatively, you can get to Buskett by public transport on bus routes 56 from the Domus Romana terminus or 181 from the main bus stop near Dingli police station, or simply catch bus route 52 and then make your way up to Buskett.
