Grill3301 will be hosting its second in the series of wine pairing events discovering regional Italian cuisine on Friday, March 14. This time the next destination will be beautiful Tuscany.

Diners will treated to a five-course dinner based on typical Tuscany cuisine and a fine selection from the regional Castello di Querceto winery.

The choice includes oven-baked lasagna with wild boar ragout, braised beef cheek with Parmesan polenta cake and much more.

Each of the five courses will be coupled with a quality wine carefully produced by the François family, wine producers since early 1897.

Alessandro François, the current owner of the winery, will be welcoming diners at the door.
