Updated - The bodies of two international journalists who were killed in Misurata earlier this week, were brought to Malta for onward transport to their home towns.
Briton Tim Hetherington, an Oscar-nominated film director and war photographer, died on Wednesday while American Chris Hondros died from injuries on the following day. He had been nominated for an Oscar for a documentary on the war in Afghanistan.
They were flown out of the battered Libyan city by a military plane after arrangements made by humanitarian organisations.
The journalists, both 41, died after artillery shells exploded close to them. Another two were injured.
The bodies were flown from Malta to London in the afternoon.
