German cosmetic teeth whitening brand Pearlsmile has been launched in Malta.

With over 250 dental clinics and salons in Germany and with an extensive footprint in the UK, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Turkey and Russia, the brand brings together technology and design to offer safe and affordable teeth whitening solutions.

Cosmetic teeth whitening is available extensively in Europe and is the latest technology for pain-free, no-irritation cosmetic treatments.

A cold LED light is used to activate special ingredients in the teeth whitening gel that in turn cause the whitening effect. Treatments last for an hour, during which three 20-minute treatments are performed, leading to an improvement of between five and nine shades of whiteness.

Compliant with the EU Cosmetics Directive and produced and manufactured in Germany, Pearlsmile products have been developed by a team of research laboratories in Munich and Dusseldorf. Accorded the Made in Germany logo, they have been certified for safety and quality.

“We are delighted to bring to Malta innovative cosmetic treatments that make teeth whitening affordable but, more importantly, an enjoyable experience. With no irritation to the gums, no after-treatment sensitivities and, above all, no damage to the teeth enamel, Pearlsmile cosmetic teeth whitening treatments usher in a new treatment concept to Malta,” said Pearlsmile (Malta) director Thorsten Krystofiak.

The treatments are carried out by trained beauty professionals at Alfie’s Hair Salon (Gzira), Estetika (Birkirkara), Roseberry (Valletta) and Transforma (Attard).
