The harmonised index of consumer prices last month went up by 3.3 per cent over last year to 104.57.

A year earlier, the index had dropped by 2.1 per cent over the previous 12 months.

The index decreased by 0.2 per cent last month as compared to May.

A year earlier, no change was registered.

Up till last month, the 12-month average rate of inflation of the HICP stood at 2.9 per cent.
