The vast majority of military officers would agree that it is conduct totally unbecoming for a former military officer (albeit Capt. Rtd) to (February 21) attempt to:
(a) Belittle, or jeer at, a former gentlemanly hard-working sergeant who, through sheer honour, hard work and merit, as attested by both former officers and warrant officers and sergeants of his regiment, was democratically elected as the president of their regimental association, and
(b) make allegations which he cannot prove about another former, now late, fellow regimental officer.
Tut, tut... Captain Joseph M. Wismayer (Capt. Rtd) should certainly know much better.
