• Easter Sunday Mass in English will be said at the Sacred Heart Seminary, Enrico Mizzi Street, Victoria, at 10 a.m. Parking will be available opposite the seminary.

• Gozo Bishop Mario Grech will concelebrate Easter Mass with the Cathedral Chapter today at 6 p.m. The Chorus Ecclesiae Cathedralis will take part.

• An Easter Sunday manifestation with the statue of the Risen Christ will take place at St George's Basilica, Victoria, at 8.45 a.m. The La Stella Band will take part. At the Cathedral the manifestation starts at 10.45 a.m., with the participation of the Leone Band. In Nadur and Kerċem the manifestation starts at 9.15 a.m. with the participation of the Mnarja Band and St Gregory Band respectively. The Xewkija manifestation starts at 9.30 a.m. Other manifestations will take place in Żebbuġ with the Santa Marija Band at 4.45 p.m. and in Qala, with the participation of Ite ad Joseph Band, at 5.45 p.m. The Fontana procession starts at 5.15 p.m.

• L-Għanja ta' Mark (The Song of Mark) - a musical Easter pageant based on the Gospel of St Mark - will be held at Victory Square, Xagħra, today at 6 p.m. After the pageant the statue of the Risen Christ leaves the Basilica for a manifestation in Victory Square with the participation of Victory Band. Blessing and distribution of figolli will take place.

• The festival of music by the Gaulitanus Choir continues this week. A violin and piano duo from Italy will perform at the Exhibition Hall, Victoria, on Friday at 8.15 p.m. The Our Lady of Visitation Basilica in Għarb will be the venue of a concert by the Anon String Quartet on Saturday at 8 p.m. Entrance is free.

• High Tea in aid of Fr Adeodato Schembri, Augustinian misssionary in Brazil (who will be present), will take place at the Crystal Palace, Marsalforn, on Sunday at 4 p.m. For more information call 2155 1053 or 2155 1273.

• Wirt Għawdex will be holding two public lectures. 'A journey to the mysterious prehistoric temples of Gozo' will be delivered by Francis Xavier Aloisio at the Conference Hall, Ministry for Gozo, St Francis Square, Victoria, on Friday at 6.30 p.m. Anthony Abela Medici will deliver a lecture on 'Maltese picture postcards' at the Cittadella Centre for Culture and the Arts, Victoria, on April 16 at 6.30 p.m. Entrance is free.

• 356 Company will stage The Bell Tower by Rob Ricards at the Cittadella Centre for Culture and Arts, Victoria, on April 16, 17 and 18 at 8 p.m. Tickets cost €8.
