• Up will be screened at the Don Bosco Oratory, Victoria, today at 6 p.m.

• A Good Friday procession/pageant by children, organised by the Vocations Centre of Xagħra, will leave Our Lady of Victory church, Xagħra, today at 6 p.m.

• The vocations group of the Cathedral will hold a Last Supper display at St Barbara chapel near the Cathedral. A big screen will enable visitors to follow projections related to the main features of the activity. The exhibition will be inaugurated today and will remain open until Saturday.

• Inspire (The Eden and Razzett Foundation) Gozo will be holding the annual exhibition of collective art and antique furniture at 18, Republic Street, Victoria, from today until April 11 between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Paintings by well-known contemporary and 19th and 20th century artists and Maltese and Continental antiques will be on display.

• The Friends of the Sick and Elderly will be holding a car boot sale at the Marsalforn car park today between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. The charge per car is €10 payable on the day. Hawkers and commercial sellers will not be allowed.

• The St Joseph Band will give a concert of sacred music at the old parish church on Independence Square, Għajnsielem, on Wednesday at 7.15 p.m.

• The Cultural Council will mark Freedom Day on Wednesday. The commemoration, presided by Gozo Minister Giovanna Debono, will be held at Independence Square, Victoria, at 11 a.m. The Police band will take part.

• Wirt Għawdex will be holding two lectures at the Gozo Ministry, St Francis Square, Victoria. 'A Journey to the Mysterious Prehistoric Temples of Gozo' will be delivered by Francis Xavier Aloisio on April 9 at 6.30 p.m. Anthony J. Abela Medici will give a lecture on Maltese Picture Postcards at the Cittadella Centre for Culture and the Arts, Victoria, on April 16 at 6.30 p.m. Entrance to both lectures, which will be in English, is free.

• An exhibition of Good Friday statues by Frank Cassar is being held at 14, Narrow Street, Victoria, from today until Sunday. Today it will be open between 9 a.m. and noon and from 5 until 9 p.m. During the week it will be open from 5 until 8 p.m.

• A Last Supper display by Frank Cassar will be on show at the Banca Giuratale Foyer, Independence Square, Victoria, from today until Sunday. Opening hours: weekdays from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., weekends from 8 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. A Last Supper display and Good Friday statuettes made by children are on show near St Francis church, Victoria
