• Kercem today celebrates the feast of Pope St Gregory the Great. Gozo Bishop Mario Grech will celebrate Mass at 9 a.m. At noon there will be the traditional lunch under the tent at St Gregory Square. The procession with the statue of St Gregory will leave the church at 5 p.m. The St Gregory Band will take part.

• The Gozo Diocese Commission for Youth is organising a meeting of prayer, singing and reflection at the diocesan centre adjoining Manresa retreat house on Saturday at 8.30 p.m.

• The Gozo Cana Movement will organise Lenten talks by the Agostinian Provincial Luciano Borg OSA for married couples at the Cana Centre, Victoria, between tomorrow and Friday at 7.15 p.m. A childcare service will be available.

• The Capuchin Friars will be organising spiritual talks by Can. Michael Borg, rector of St Paul's church in Marsalforn, at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Graces, Victoria, from tomorrow at 7.30 p.m.

• The Gozo College, in collaboration with the Autism Parents' Association, is organising a meeting for parents of children with autism problems at Victoria Primary School on Wednesday at 9.15 a.m. Sandra Borg will deliver a talk.

• A fundraising event in aid of local charities is being organised by the Rotary Club at Kempinski Hotel, San Lawrenz, on March 21 at 7 p.m. The evening will include a welcome drink, a three-course dinner and a cabaret act 'Mad dogs and Englishmen' by Terry Shaw and Paul Barnes. • A concelebrated Mass will be held at the Nazzareen church, Xaghra, on Friday at 6 p.m. followed by a penitentiary pilgrimage with the statue of The Redeemer.

• The group of the Nazzareen church will organise a retreat for members of the Eucharistic Community at Stella Maris House, Zebbug, on Saturday and Sunday. Mark Demanuele will lead the retreat.

• The Friends of the Sick and the Elderly in Gozo will be holding its annual general meeting tomorrow at the Gozo Ministry, Victoria, at 6.30 p.m.

• Lenten talks will be delivered by Fr Juan De Bono OCD at St George's Basilica in Victoria from tomorrow to Friday at 4.15 p.m.

• The Catholic Action Movement will mark Bishop Nikol Cauchi's 80th birthday at its headquarters in Sir Arturo Mercieca Street, Victoria, on Saturday at 5 p.m. The activity will include concelebrated Mass led by Mgr Cauchi.

• The second edition of the Racket Tournament will be held on March 19 at the Gozo Sports Complex. This tournament will include lawn tennis, table tennis and squash disciplines.
