• The Delicata Classic Wine Festival will once again be held in Nadur on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There will be a choice of over 20 wines on the evenings and there will be a charge of €10 for a souvenir glass. The wine for the rest of the evening will be free. The cost also includes the entrance fee. Entrance fee only is €2. The evenings open at 7 and close at midnight. A shuttle bus service will be available between Mġarr and Nadur on all three evenings. The charge will be €3.50 per person return.

• The Gozo Aquarium Fish Show will be held at Ninu Cremona Lyceum Complex Hall, Victoria, today between 8.30 a.m. and 8.30 p.m. Entrance is free.

• The Gozo CCU Foundation is holding a Summer Sizzler in the Square at Santa Luċija on August 30 at 7.30 p.m. The evening consists of a barbecue, music and entertainment. Tickets cost €20. Proceeds will go towards the purchase of heart monitors for the Cardiac Care Unit in Gozo. For tickets and further information call Carmen on 7956 6496 or Peter on 9901 8015.

• The Diocesan Commission for the Appostolate of the Laity (KDAL) is organising a pilgrimage to St Paul's Bay parish church on Wednesday. Gozo Bishop Mario Grech will lead a concelebrated Mass. The group will leave Mġarr harbour on the 4.30 p.m. ferry. Transport from Ċirkewwa will be provided. Tickets are available from all Gozo parishes.

• A traditional meal is being held at Assumption Square, Żebbuġ, on Tuesday at 8 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by folk singers and other talent. Tickets may be obtained from the parish centre bar, village shops or parish priest Reuben Micallef on 9924 5080.

• To mark its 13th anniversary, the Santa Marija Band is holding its annual concert at Assumption Square, Żebbuġ, on Wednesday at 8.30 p.m., under the direction of Mro Joseph Grech. Morena and soprano Jacqueline Vella will take part.

• To commemorate the 80th anniversary, the St Joseph Band Club is holding an Open Day at the club on Sunday. The public will have the opportunity to see the refurbishment work on the committee room. An exhibition of war-time vehicles will open at 9 a.m. At 11 a.m. the local council will inaugurate a talent exhibition which will remain open until August 31, feast of Our Lady of Loreto. Several musical performances and dances will be held throughout the day including a 30-minute drill by the Red Cross Gozo Section. Radju Lauretana will broadcast live from the club's premises.

• An Art and Wine Festival will be held today at Ta' Dbiegi Crafts Village in Gharb. The Kidzone will offer family-friendly entertainment. Parking will be available at football ground. The main attraction will be Johnny Cash and Band. The festival will open at 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. In the evening it opens at 7. Entrance is free.

• Għajnsielem Fest will be held at the main square on Wednesday at 8.30 p.m. A music talent show will be put up by Għajnsielem council. The show will be broadcast on Radju Lauretana.
