Anchovy hosted their cognac-chocolate pairing and masterclass on March 28, at the Club Bar of the Phoenicia Hotel in Floriana. On the occasion, more than 25 leading decision makers in Malta were united to experience the finest cognac and chocolate. To start the experience, special guest, former prime minister Lawrence Gonzi, shared a personal and insightful story regarding the Libyan crisis.

The cognac-chocolate masterclass was led by Fabien Etienne, providing very interesting insight into the taste and histories of the Cognac, which was offered by M. Demajo W&S.

The accompanying chocolates were crafted by the beautiful boutique, Sunday in Scotland – with even some chocolates created purely for the night. The blend and quality of flavours truly made the night one to remember.
