Labour MEP Miriam Dalli told a Progressives for Climate conference in Paris that the introduction of climate change as a topic in primary schools should be seriously considered.

“Our children are agents of change and they are pivotal to start changing attitudes and behaviours,” she said.

The conference was organised by the Socialists and Democrats Group in the European Parliament together with the Young European Socialists, Yes. The event brought together100 youths from across the EU, including four young people from Malta.
