Over 3,000 used water bottles have been reused to form a big Christmas tree in Ghajnsielem square.

The residents collected the bottles over the past year. The 'tree' has been decorated with illuminated lights. The initiative was sparked by a volunteer in the village with the encouragement of Archpriest Frankie Bajada. The work started in the last week of November. Picture - Frank Buttigieg
