Rangers will start the defence of their Scottish Premier League title at their Ibrox home against Kilmarnock on August 14.

Celtic, last season's runners-up after they finished six points behind their arch Glasgow rivals, are away to promoted First Division champions Inverness on the same day.

The Old Firm derby matches between Celtic and Rangers take place on October 23 and February 19 at Parkhead, and New Year's Day at Ibrox.

Meanwhile the first Edinburgh derby, between Hearts and Hibernian is at Hibs' Easter Road ground on November 6. The return clash is at Tynecastle on New Year's Day, with the third match at Easter Road on April 2.

Kilmarnock are Rangers' opponents at Ibrox in the final round of fixtures before the league splits in half, on April 16, when Celtic are at St Johnstone.
