Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz hosted its first ever, exclusive champagne degustation dinner at La Caverna Wine Bar on Saturday, March 16, 2013.

The night was perfect in every detail, from the exquisite dishes by executive sous chef Daniel Debattista, to the highlight of the evening – Louis Roederer champagnes.

The evening kicked off when the charming new sommelier Patrick Swaton welcomed 10 exclusive guests at La Caverna Wine Bar. For Swaton, this was his first event at the hotel, after he recently joined Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz with long years of experience at Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin, Germany. Guests were treated like royalty throughout the evening with course after course of delicious creations and their companion for the night – Louis Roederer champagnes.

More events are already underway. Theme nights hosted by wines such as Bordeaux wines and German wines are being prepared to entertain exclusively a limited number of guests every month at Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz.
