The World Aviation Group has begun to provide contact centre services through its Centrecom business unit to Afriqiyah Airways, the airline with the mission to connect Africa to the rest of the world.

Afriqiyah operates an extensive network out of its Tripoli hub, with a fleet of Airbus A320 and A330 aircraft. They connect Libya with various destinations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

The airline recently kicked off its services to Johannesburg and Dhaka and has plans to fly to Beijing and Manila early next year.

The World Aviation Group is a public-private partnership with a multi-lingual contact centre and a comprehensive back office operation, integrated into a service centre. The group also operates airline representation services focused on marketing and sales activities.

Afriqiyah's services will be provided in English, Italian and French and will cover Belgium, France, the UK, Italy, and South Africa.
