A hooded thief walked into a stationery in Msida and forced the woman behind the counter to hand over the cash in the register at gunpoint. A small amount of cash was stolen from the outlet, The Drury Collection stationery in St Aloysius Street, at around 5.45 p.m. However, the exact amount could not be established. Closed-circuit footage from inside and outside the shop were handed over to the police. Police sources said the thief was alone and on foot. No one was injured.
