Following her strong performance at the recent World Scrabble Championships in London, Theresa Camilleri has just added another laurel to her long string of successes this year by winning the Autumn League, organised by the Malta Scrabble Club.

Trailing very close behind was David Delicata, winner of the National League for the last five years. He was beaten by Camilleri who had a better spread of points. In third place, and also fresh from a good showing at the worlds, was Jojo Delia.

Section B was comfortably won by David Zammit ahead of Carmen Stafrace and Paul Frendo. In Section C, Anna Borg won all her games to outperform MaryLouise Mifsud and Dominic Borg, Anna's husband.
