Maltese driver Charles Camilleri finished fourth in an international autostart race held at Vincennes Racetrack in Paris yesterday.

Camilleri was driving French mare Quita du Noyer sired by the French popular stallion Ganymede.

The race, run over the rather short distance of 2,100 metres, was won by Belgian driver G. Vergaerde on Mark de Chamant.

Peter Pan (Sr Zeron) and Master Perrine (J.B. Matthey) finished second and third respectively. Fourteen horses lined up for this race.

This international race was organised by the French Association Societé du Cheval Francais (SECF) and apart from French drivers there was also the participation of drivers from countries with whom the SECF co-operates and works throughout the year.
