Former Ferrari technical director Ross Brawn is returning to Formula One as Honda team boss, Honda announced today.

Brawn, the master strategist who helped Michael Schumacher win seven world championships with Benetton and Ferrari, has been on sabbatical from Ferrari since Schumacher retired at the end of 2006. He will start work on November 26.

Fellow Briton Nick Fry, his predecessor as team boss, continues in the role of chief executive.
