Bank of Valletta’s representative office in Tunisia recently participated in a Business Forum held at the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts.

The forum was one of the initiatives organised by Malta Enterprise, with the assistance of Malta’s Embassy in Tunis, to coincide with a Maltese trade mission to the North African country.

Fifteen Maltese entrepreneurs visited Tunisia to explore the business opportunities and trade potential between the two countries. Their programme also included visits to a number of companies.

BoV’s representative office manager Julian Holland explained the Tunis office’s main role was to facilitate business introductions for importers, exporters and investors seeking opportunities in the country.

The office also supported Tunisian businesses i n exploring possibilities in Malta and the EU through their corporate and business relationships.
