Malta has been included as one of the participating countries in the American Express Selects programme as a result of the strong partnership between Bank of Valetta and American Express.

American Express Selects is a showcase of travel, leisure, dining and shopping offers from around the world. Through the programme American Express card holders can take advantage of special privileges and discounts when shopping for something special, reserving a table at a favourite restaurant or booking a dream holiday.

Local American Express card members can browse through various offers that have been made available by participating merchants in numerous countries around the world. Similarly, American Express card holders travelling to Malta can avail themselves of offers by local merchants, who in return obtain international exposure.

These offers are available to all American Express card members who pay for their purchases with an American Express Card at one of the participating merchants both locally and overseas. The offers are constantly updated and can be viewed any time on the ‘Selects’ website.
