A Bosnian national who has been in Malta for two years without a valid permit will be repatriated after pleading guilty to forgery and being in possession of a forged document.

Magistrate Ian Farrugia heard Stjepanovic Dimitrije, a 21-year-old unemployed, plead guilty to having been in Malta without a permit after the police found that the rubber stamps he had on his passport were fake.

Police Inspector Frankie Sammut prosecuted.
