I write for and on behalf of Dee Media.tv Ltd of 206 Cannon Road, St Venera.

Herman Grech's report, 'Ex-PN stalwart defects to Labour media' (The Sunday Times, August 23) begins by stating: "John Bundy, once the trademark voice of the Nationalist Party media, has moved his breakfast show to One Tv".

May I point out that the breakfast show named Bongu, which was and still is being produced by my client, belongs to Dee Media and not to Mr Bundy as the article seems to imply.

It is Mr Bundy who has moved, not the breakfast show. The breakfast show which Mr Bundy will be presenting is owned by another production house, which is independent of my client. Mr Bundy was just a service provider to my client and he is fully aware that the brand name of the programme Bongu and its content forms part of the intellectual property pertaining to my client and in fact, he has signed a statement to this effect.
