Allow me to refer to the report titled ‘Daphne’s laptops given to German federal police’ (May 24), which said: “Two laptops and three hard drives used by Daphne Caruana Galizia before her death are in possession of the German federal police, the Times of Malta can confirm...”

Surely, this could be a blessing in disguise in the sense that no corrupt official and/or no corrupt police officer will be able to obliterate proof that might in the future possibly result in some prominent politically exposed person being accused of commissioning her assassination on October 16, 2017.
