Sheffield United FC players returned to Malta for a summer training camp and dedicated some of their time to good causes.

Fondly known as the Blades, the club has a strong sense of community and during their visits to Malta over the past years, they have visited children's wards at hospital, orphanages and schools.

The beneficiaries this year were the Puttinu Cares Foundation and the Down Syndrome Association.

The Blades attended a community event in Kalkara organised by Puttinu Cares, during which players donated money from their own pockets.

The team also had a kick-about with members of the DSA, where members of the association.
